Shark Steak

Right from the broiler

Shark

I didn't use the mustard or the sugar. After I ran the fresh ginger over a ginger grater ,I have the blue fish, I grated a clove of garlic right over the ginger and rinsed it all into the marinade with a little more soy sauce. I didn't marinate it for the full hour, probably between half to three fourths of an hour.

Shark Steak
1 1/2 pound Shark steak
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger, I used a little more
1 clove garlic mashed
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon sugar

Combine all ingredients except shark steaks in shallow baking dish.
Marinate steaks about 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Grill shark steaks about 4 or 5 minutes max on each side,
Makes 4 servings.
From newspaper clipping, source unknown.

Yield: 4 servings
